Take steps to enhance the profitability in agriculture through cooperative, by ensuring a minimum of 50% profits over the cost of production, cheaper agriculture inputs and credit, introducing latest technologies for farming and high-yielding seeds.
SLUM AREA DEVELOPMENT
Objective our mission is to enable “poor urban families to realise their dream of owning a house that has a proper land title and access to basic amenities”. The new mode of slum re-development thus “seeks to transform slum land into urban assets. To do so it conjures up instruments of reform. Nevertheless, the problem of making slum land property is enormous. It involves transforming “the complex ambiguities of informal property regimes into cadastral property and even more boldly into urban assets with globally legible value”
INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT
For welfare of the people of my constituency my major concern is refining infrastructure within our area. I set up intricate plans with serious deadlines and priorities. My priorities are roads, water supply, electricity, drainage, sanitation, health care, transport and safety.
YOUTH AFFAIRS
Youth are the mirror images of growth of the country. 50 crores youth population in India is the asset for the nation. Great impetus must be put into youth development, and I intend to initiate programmes centered on youth development empowerment and learning.
EDUCATION
To prepare an accomplished youth for negotiating with the challenges of the complex modern world by imbibing scientific temperament quality consciousness, managerial skills and human values.
HEALTH
To promote health, prevent illness and provide state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment whenever and wherever we can best meet people’s individual and family needs.
